摘　　要：目的:评价混合糖电解质注射液临床应用概况。方法:收集国内外相关文献,从混合糖电解质注射液应用状况、有效性、安全性等方面进行分析评价。结果与结论:混合糖电解质注射液在临床上对手术后、肿瘤、休克及创伤患者,均能有良好的预后改善功效。从产品组份来看均属于安全性较高的成分,同时混合糖电解质注射液上市以来未检测到严重的不良反应报告,与多种药物配伍稳定性较好。混合糖电解质注射液作为一种新型的基础糖电解质输液,值得在临床广泛推广。Objective： To evaluate the clinical application of the carbohydrate and electrolyte injection.Method： Collect the relevant domestic and foreign literatures and analyze and access the carbohydrate and electrolyte injection in terms of application situation, efficacy, safety, etc.Results＆amp;Conclusion： The carbohydrate and electrolyte injection has good prognosis and amelioration efficacy for postoperative, tumor, shock and trauma patients in clinic. Its medical components are all highly safe. Since its launch in the market, no severe ADR reports on the carbohydrate and electrolyte injection have been detected. Moreover, it is stably compatible with a variety of drugs. As a new basic sugar electrolyte injection, it is worth of wide clinical promotion.
