闭孔动脉盆内段的测量及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:通过对闭孔动脉盆内段的测量和定位,为临床普外科、骨科及妇产外科提供必要的解剖学数据支撑。方法:取福尔马林溶液固定的成人尸体20具,进行盆腔解剖,显露闭孔动脉盆内段的全貌及闭孔。结果:闭孔动脉盆内段长度(65.08±1.88)mm,入闭膜管处外径(19.81±0.39)mm;闭孔长径(44.76±0.62)mm、短径(27.13±0.80)mm。结论:闭孔动脉起源类型众多,但一半以上起自髂内动脉本干,明确闭孔动脉的起源、盆内段的长度、外径及闭孔长、短径,为骨盆骨折、盆腔内动脉造影、闭孔动脉创伤修复及重建侧支循环提供依据。Objective：To provide a theoretical basis for clinical therapy by measuring and positioning the obturator artery of basin branch .Methods ：There were 20 specimens of adult corpses fixed by the formaldehyde solution ,and dissected the pelvic ,then revealed obturator formamen within the period of the full picture and obturator artery of basin branch .Results：The length of the obturator artery of basin branch was （65.08 ± 1.88） mm ,the external diameter of obturator artery into the diameter canal was （19.81 ± 0.39） mm ,the long diameter of the obturator formamen was （44.76 ± 0.62） mm ,and the short diameter of the obturator formamen was （27.13 ± 0.80） mm .Conclusion：The type of the obturator artery origin is numerous ,but over half from the internal liac artery trunk .Knowing the origin of the obturator artery ,the length of basin branch ,and the external diameter of obturator artery into the diameter canal ,long and short diameter of the obturator formamen ,it will provides the basis for pelvic fractures ,internal pelvic arteri‐ography ,the trauma repair of obturator artery and reconstruction of collateral circulation .
