摘　　要：大孤山球团厂三选作业区工艺流程改造后由于磨矿粒度粗,球磨机台时提高到60.3t/h,球磨机经常发生"涨肚"现象,球磨机吐大粒严重,制约生产稳定运行。通过研究,提出改进操作方法、完善工艺设备等措施提高球磨机台时,确保全厂生产平衡。As the grinding particle size is coarse after process flowsheet upgrade in three-stage separation operation zone ofDagushan pelletizing plant, the machine-hour of ball mill is improved to 60. 3t/h. Ball mill has “swelling” phenomenon thatthe ball mill produces a lot of oversize particles, greatly limiting the stable production. Through the study, it puts forward theoperation modification method, and by improving process equipment it increase the machine-hour of ball mill to guarantee thebalance of plant production.
