摘　　要：简述了全自动淘洗磁选机的结构及工作原理。作为扬州泰富提铁降杂工程的主要选别设备,介绍了全自动淘洗磁选机在工程中的应用情况。该磁选机能有效提高精矿品位并降低各种非磁性矿物及碱金属的含量,可根据生产需要控制淘洗磁选作业精矿和尾矿品位,调控简单,操作方便,可在类似矿石性质选厂推广。Structure and working principle of automatic washing magnetic separator are introduced. As a main separatingequipment used in Iron Increase and Impurity Reduction of Yangzhou Pacific Special Materials Co. L td ., automatic washingmagnetic separator can effectively improve the concentrate grade as well as reduce the contents of non-magnetic minerals andalkali metals. In the process of washing magnetic separation, it is easy to regular and control the grades of concentrate andtailings according to the production demand, which contributes to its popularization in the concentration plant handling oreswith similar characteristics.
