摘　　要：目的探析在伴发冠心病的高血压患者发病机制中Apelin的作用。方法分析98例原发性高血压者的临床资料,依据冠状动脉造影的检查结果把入选者划分成单纯高血压组(对照组,44例)和伴发冠心病的高血压组(观察组,54例)两组。比较两组的基线资料、常规检测指标、Apelin表达水平等。结果两组的基线资料、常规检测指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的Apelin表达水平、对照组中不同级别的高血压患者间以及观察组中不同临床类型者间的Apelin水平差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。观察组患者Apelin表达水平与Gensini积分存在负相关性(r=-0.61,P<0.01)。结论 Apelin表达水平的下降可以促进伴发冠心病的高血压患者的病情进展,能成为该类患者判断预后以及危险分层的一个有效指标。Objective To analyze the significant of Apelin in the nosogenesis of the hypertensive patients with coronary disease.Methods Clinical data of 98 cases of patients with primary hypertension were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Patients were divided into observed group （hypertensive patients with coronary disease,54 cases）and control group （primary hypertensive patients,44 cases）according to the results of Coronary angiography,.The general information,conventional detection indexes,the levels of Apelin were collected and compared.Results There were no statistical differences in the general information and the conventional detection indexes between the two groups.There were statistical differences in the levels of Apelin between the observed group and control group,and there were still sta-tistical differences in Apelin levels in the different grades hypertension in control group and different clinical styles in observed group.There was negative correlation between the levels of Apelin and Gensini scores in observed group.Con-clusion The decrease of the plasma Apelin levels aggravate the the hypertension progression in hypertensive patients with coronary disease,which could be an efficiency index of the prognosis and risk stratification for the hypertensive pa-tients with coronary disease.
