摘  要:为降低疏水性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微滤膜在MBR中的膜污染情况,采用低温等离子气相接枝(PIGGP)对PVDF中空纤维微滤膜进行改性.经PIGGP改性后的膜纯水通量有所提高,固有阻力Rm由8.75×1011 m-1降低至8.44×1011 m-1;采用正压浸没式膜生物反应器进行平行对比试验,考察改性膜、原膜的比通量衰减及污染阻力分布,发现PIGGP改性膜可逆滤饼层阻力仅占过滤总阻力的36.48%,远小于原膜的57.74%;膜的水力和超声清洗结果显示:PIGGP改性膜通量恢复率均明显好于原膜.反映出改性膜不但可有效降低膜滤饼层的形成与压密,而且膜污染更易得到清除;说明PIGGP改性可显著提高PVDF微滤膜的耐污染性能.试验期间,PIGGP改性膜COD平均去除率93%,略优于原膜91%的去除率;改性膜和原膜出水氨氮和浊度基本相当,分别为3.0~6.0mg/L、0~0.5NTU,表明PIGGP改性未对PVDF微滤膜分离精度造成不利影响.Superhydrophobic polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber microfiltration membrane(PVDFHFM)was modified by grafting acrylic acid with low-temperature plasma to reduce the pollutionin MBR. By the way of PIGGP modification,the pure water flux of modified membrane is slightlyhigher, and the membrane intrinsic resistance R m decreases from 8. 75 X 1011 m 1 to 8. 44X 1011m 1. The specific flux attenuation and resistance distribution of the modified membrane and originalmembrane were investigated in a submerged MBR. Quantitative calculations showed thatcake resistance of modified membrane was only 36. 48% of total resistance, less than 57. 74% oforiginal film. After the hydraulic and ultrasonic cleaning,the recovery rate of the modified membraneflux is much higher than the original film. While the experimental results showed that themodified PVDF-HFM not only can effectively reduce the formation and compaction rate of cake layer sbut easy to el.ear away the membrane fouling, so the antifouling performance of the modifiedm.embraije is. signifi.Ga/ntly impr.ove.cL TBe GOD average removal rate of modified membrane was: 〇-.ver 9.3、%,.slightly, better than 91 % o.f the original film. Meanwhile, the efflaent NH4 + -N and turbidityof modified membrane and original film were almost the same ; maintained at S. 0-^S. 0 nag/L and 0 0 . 3 ST U , respectively. It showed that the modification with low-temperature plasmadidn't Mfect the separation accuracy of PVDF-HFM .
