摘　　要：对多属性决策的概念及基本原理进行了介绍,构建了针对工程项目管理的多属性决策模型,并对影响项目优劣排序的权重进行了敏感性分析,确定了备选方案的权重变化对项目优劣排序的影响。通过实例验证,证明了该方法的可行性和可操作性。The concepts and the basic principles of the multiple attribute decision making were introduced in this paper .The multiple attribute decision making model of project management was built ,and the sen-sitivity analysis on attribute weight was done to determine the influence of the weight to alternatives .The method was verified practical and exercisable by one case .
