摘　　要：法约尔是古典管理理论的重要代表人物之一。他结合自己长期的管理实践经验,提出了著名的一般管理理论,对西方管理学界做出了卓越的贡献,并且奠定了现代管理理论的基础。该文梳理了法约尔管理思想的发展历程,评析了其理论的主要成就,指出了他的理论给我们的启示。Henri Fayol is one of the important and representative figures in classical theories of management. He, based on his practical management experience,puts forward the well-known general management theories and made remarkable contributions to the academic circles of western management. He also laid the foundation of modern theories of management. This paper combs through the development progress of Fayol＇s ideas of management, evaluates and analyzes the major achievement of the theory and points out the enlightenment of his theory to us.
