摘 要:采用溶剂热法制得ZnS∶Mn,并采用Larmer法,在ZnS∶Mn表面包覆不同量,不同层数的ZnS。利用X-射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),荧光光谱(PL)对ZnS∶Mn/ZnS复合材料的结构,形貌及发光性能进行了表征。结果表明,包覆对ZnS∶Mn结构没有影响,但随着包覆比和包覆层数的增加,XRD衍射峰逐渐向左偏移。包覆量和包覆层数对ZnS∶Mn/ZnS复合材料的发光性能有很大的影响,呈现出先增大,后降低的趋势。文中对所制备材料的结构、形貌及发光性能进行了讨论。ZnS:Mn were firstly fabricated by the solvothermal method, and then ZnS:Mn/ZnS composite materials were generated by Larmer method, which the surface of ZnS :Mn were coated by different concentrations, different layers of ZnS. The structure, morphology and luminescent properties of ZnS :Mn/ZnS composite materials were investigated by XRD(X-ray diffraction), SEM(Scanning electron microscopy) and PL(Photoluminescence). The results indicated that the structure of ZnS :Mn/ZnS are not influenced by the coating ZnS. The peak position of XRD of the composite materials move to left gradually, with the increasing of the coating ratio and coating layer.The effect of the coating ratio and coating layer on the emission properties of materials is very large, first increase,and then decrease. The structure, morphology and luminescent properties of ZnS :Mn/ZnS composite materials were discussed in this study.
