摘　　要：废旧聚氨酯的降解有许多种方法,但研究最多的和能再利用的仍然是醇和磷酸酯作降解剂得到的降解产物。之前对聚氨酯解机理的说法也较多,但几乎没有人提到后处理的方法。本文介绍了用醇、磷酸酯、醇-磷酸酯对硬质(软质)聚氨酯泡沫做的降解研究,以及降解产物再生制备了聚氨酯泡沫,并进一步说明了聚氨酯的降解机理。In this paper, The degradation of waste polyurethane there are many ways, but the most studied and can recycle is alcohol and phosphate as degradation agent. Prior to the degradation mechanism of polyurethane are more claims, but almost no one mentioned the post-processing method. This paper introduces the use alcohol,phosphate ester, alcohol- phosphate on the degradation of rigid polyurethane foam（soft） do research, preparation and degradation products renewable polyurethane foam was prepared, and further illustrates the degradation mech-anism of polyurethane.
