摘  要:乙苯脱氢装置在生产运行过程中存在无组织泄漏情况,采用泄漏检测与修复技术对挥发性有机物(VOCs)进行排放量计算,并对密封点进行了全面检测和统计分析,进一步分析泄漏原因。乙苯脱氢装置共检测密封点1495个,其中泄漏密封点572个,占总体密封点38.2%。泄漏密封点主要来源于阀门和法兰,其中阀门泄漏率为55.79%。通过维修后,装置VOCs泄漏率从38.2%下降至12.4%,修复率达到32.5%。Unorganized leakage exists in the process of ethyl benzene dehydrogenation unit. Using the leakage detection and repair technology,the emissions of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) can be calculated. Sealing point had be carried on the comprehensive testing and statistical analysis. Then the cause of leakage can be analyzed. These technicians inspected a total of 1495 equipment sealing points and the overall leakage rate was 38.2%. The main components prone to leakage are valves and flange. The overall leakage rate of valves is 55.79%.And the overall leakage rate after shutdown repair dropped to 12.4%, the shut-down repair success rate was 32.5%.
