摘 要:在不同比例的AlCl_3催化剂作用下将1-十二烯与1-十四烯按不同比例合成一种高性能的PAO基础油。考察了反应温度、反应时间、加入C_(12)/C_(14)比例和加入催化剂比例对混合齐聚反应的影响。采用响应面法设计了实验,并对实验条件进行了最优选择。结果表明:在实验条件下,用1-C_(12)与1-C_(14)烯烃混聚也可制备高性能的润滑油基础油,具有较高粘度指数(158~170),中等粘度(V100℃=18~29mm^2·s^(-1)),较低倾点(PP=-16^-34℃),分子量适中(M=715~875)。响应曲面法分析中,对粘度交互影响最显著的因素是时间和温度,最佳取值为6h、50℃;对粘度指数交互影响最显著的因素是时间和C_(12)/C_(14)比例,最佳取值为9h、C_(12)/C_(14)比例为1∶1;对倾点交互影响最显著的因素是时间和温度,最佳取值为3h、50℃;对收率交互影响最显著的因素是时间和C_(12)/C_(14)比例,最佳取值为3h、C_(12)/C_(14)比例为3∶1。The lube base oil are synthesized with dodecene and tetradecene feedstock in the AlCl3 catalyst.The effects of the reaction temperature and reaction time, the proportion of the C12/C14 and the proportion of catalyst AlCl3 on oligomerization were investigated. Experiment was designed using the experimental condition for the opti-mal choice, The viscosity, pour point and molecular weight were determined according to national standards of test method. The results show that the reaction product of the mixture of dodecene and tetradecene oligomerize reaction using AlCl3 catalyst contain poly-α-olefins(PAO)with various degree of polymerization, and the mixture is a high viscosity index(158-170), a lower pour point(-16--34℃), medium molecular weight(715-875) of the desired lubricating base oil component. The response surface method showed that the time and temperature are a signifi-cant factors for the reciprocal effect of viscosity, viscosity index and pour point,the optimum selecting is 6h,50 ℃;9h,C12/C14 is 1∶1;3 h,50℃ and the time and the ratio of the C12/C14 are the most for the yield,the optimum selecting is 3h,C10/C18 is 3∶1.
