响应曲面法优化辐射接枝改性C_5石油树脂的研究

摘  要:利用响应曲面法对影响辐射接枝改性C_5石油树脂的主要因素:辐射剂量,单体浓度,阻聚剂浓度,氮气浓度进行试验设计。以辐射接枝改性C_5石油树脂溴指数为响应函数,建立相应的数学模型,优化试验方法。得到的最佳试验条件为:辐射剂量为90.6KGy,单体浓度17.1%,阻聚剂浓度1.94‰,氮气浓度10.14%。此时辐射接枝改性C_5石油树脂溴指数为最大。响应曲面法法用于辐射接枝改性C_5石油树脂溴指数的优化筛选是可行的,数学模型的预测值与实验观察值相符。The main factors that affect the radiation grafting modification of C__5 petroleum resin by response surface methodology are: radiation dose, monomer concentration, inhibitor concentration and nitrogen concentration.The corresponding mathematical model was established by using the radiation grafting modified C5 petroleum resin bromine index as the response function. Get the best experimental conditions: radiation dose for 90.6KGy and monomer concentration was 17.1%, the resistance poly agent concentration 1.94 per thousand, nitrogen concentra-tion 10.14%. At this time, the radiation grafting modification of C5 petroleum resin bromine index is the largest.The response surface method is feasible for the optimization of the bromine index of the modified C5 petroleum resin, and the predicted values of the mathematical model are in agreement with the experimental observations.
