摘 要:有源中点钳位型拓扑是一种能够克服传统的二极管钳位型和电容钳位型拓扑缺点的新型多电平拓扑。在对三电平有源中点钳位型变换器工作状态进行分析的基础上,对各开关管通态损耗和开关损耗进行了研究;提出一种空间矢量的优化控制算法,该算法在维持了空间矢量调制方法的直流电压利用率高及有效控制中点电压平衡等优点的同时,有效控制了每相开关管的损耗分布平衡,防止了热量的过分堆积,并且降低了传统有源中点钳位变换器算法复杂度,减少对温度采样电路数量的要求;最后搭建了三电平有源中点钳位型变换器仿真和实验平台对控制策略的有效性进行了验证。Three-level active neutral-point-clamped (ANPC) topology is a novel multi-level topology, which can overcome the disadvantages of diode clamped topology and capacitor clamped topology. The working state of the three-level ANPC converter was analyzed. The conduction loss and switching loss of devices were studied. An optimization control strategy using space vector pulse width modulation (SVP- WM) was proposed to balance loss between different devices in a three-level ANPC converter. The opti- mized strategy can keep the advantage of SVPWM, and balance the neutral-point potential. Compared with traditional control strategy, the control strategy can reduce the complexity of the traditional ANPC converter algorithm and reduce the number of temperature sampling circuit. The simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
