摘　　要：如今社会都开始对大学生的就业情况加以重视,这关系到我国未来的人才发展。许多学校已经开始加大对大学生的就业指导工作,促进学生能找到好的工作。下文将大学生目前的就业形势和就业过程中存在的一系列问题进行了分析,同时还指出了高校就业工作指导上的问题,将思想政治教育和大学生就业指导中的关系和作用进行了总结,提出大学生应该对思想政治教育起到重视才能更好的进行就业。Nowadays, the society has begun to pay attention to the employment of college students, which is related to the development of talents in the future. Many schools have begun to increase employment guidance for college students to promote students to find a good job. This article analyzes the current employment situation of college students and a series of problems in the employment process, puts forward the problems in the guidance of college employment, summarizes the relationship and function of Ideological and political education and college students＇ employment guidance and puts forward that college students should pay more attention to the ideological and political education in order to better employment.
