摘　　要：战斗精神是部队保持战斗力必不可少的精神支柱,构建战斗精神培育的长效机制是新时期我军加强军事斗争准备和实现强军目标的一项根本性要求。培育战斗精神必须准确理解战斗精神的科学内涵,找准制约和影响战斗精神培育机制的各种因素,加强战斗精神培育的针对性,以创新思维探索强化战斗精神培育的现实途径,为实现强军梦提供不竭的精神动力。Fighting spirit is the essential spiritual support for a force to keep fighting,and to build the long-term mechanism of fighting spirit is a fundamental requirement to strengthen our preparations for military struggle and achieve the goal of a strong army in the new period. Cultivating fighting spirit must grasp the scientific connotation of the fighting spirit accurately,identify a variety of factors which constraint and influence the cultivating system of the fighting spirit,strengthen the pertinence of fighting spirit cultivation,reinforce implementation by innovative thinking,which provide inexhaustible spiritual power for achieving the Dream of Strong Army.
