医学院校大学生就业焦虑现状调查与分析

摘　　要：采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对542名大学生进行就业焦虑现状调查,并对其影响因素进行单因素和多因素Logistics回归分析,结果发现医学院校毕业生及在校生均存在不同程度的就业焦虑,需要政府相关部门、高校和学生个体共同应对。Self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） was used to test the anxiety of 542 medical college students. Single-related analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis has been made to explore the possible factors impacted to the employment anxiety. Results showed that there are different degrees of employment anxiety among ＇college students, which need to be dealt with by government departments, colleges and student individuals.
