摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血β-羟丁酸(HBA)水平的相关影响因素。方法选取收治的2型糖尿病患者287例,分为A组198例(HBA<0.5 mmol/L)、B组89例(HBA≥0.5 mmol/L)。测定两组患者血HBA、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹C肽(FCP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)含量,并进行统计学分析。结果 B组患者的FBG、Hb A1c、CRP水平高于A组,B组患者的FCP水平低于A组(P<0.05),Hb A1c、FCP、CRP水平是2型糖尿病患者血HBA水平的显著相关因素(P<0.05)。结论血糖水平高、胰岛功能差、炎症是2型糖尿病患者发生糖尿病酮症或酮症酸中毒的危险因素。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of blood beta-hydroxybutyrate(HBA) in type 2 diabetic(T2DM)patients. Methods Two hundred and eighty seven cases of T2 DM patients were divided into group A(HBA0.5 mmol/L) and group B(HBA≥0.5 mmol/L). The data of HBA, FBG, Hb A1 c, FCP, CRP, TC, TG were determined in all patients. The sta-tistical analysis was made. Results The level of FBG, Hb A1 c, CRP in patients of group B are higher than that in patients of group A. The level of FCP in patients of group B is lower than that in patients of group A(P〈0.05). The level of HBA is significantly correlated with Hb A1 c, FCP and CRP(P〈0.05). Conclusion Hyperglycemia, poor islet function and inflammation are risk factors for diabetic ketosis or ketoacidosis in T2 DM patients.
