摘　　要：介绍了汽车制造厂改造项目总体规划方案必选的内容,以某汽车厂改造项目为实例,从指标选择与权重设置、定性与定量比较等方面对两个方案进行了分析,并得出最终的实施方案。An introduction was gived on the contents that must be considered during general planning of automaker renovation project. An automaker＇s renovation project was taken as an example where two plans were analyzed in the fields of indicator selection weight setting and got the final executive plan through qualitative and quantitative comparisons.
