摘　　要：针对六面顶压机铰链梁销轴安装拆解过程中存在的难拆解问题,通过对销轴连接工艺进行研究,设计了一种销轴拆除机器人设备,实现了六面顶压机铰链梁销轴拆除的机械化。该机器人样机经客户试验,满足使用要求,性能可靠,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,为该产品在金刚石行业的应用和普及提供了一定的参考。The axis pin of hinge beam of the cubic press is difficult to dismantle.In order to solve this difficulty,an axis pin dismantling robot equipment has been developed through a study of the axis pin connecting technique,hence the mechanization of dismantlement of axis pin of hinge beam on the cubic press has been realized.The robot prototype has been tested by clients and the result shows that it can meet the requirement and its performance is reliable.It helps improve the production efficiency and reduces the production cost.This provides a certain reference for the application and popularization of the product in diamond industry.
