摘　　要：随着大数据时代的到来,职务犯罪侦查工作与思维也都在发生着变革。大数据与大数据技术在职务犯罪侦查领域的运用不仅使侦查信息化理念得到确认,还将在很大程度上推动职务犯罪侦查模式的转型,即由单一机制模式向三维立体模式转变,同时推动职务犯罪侦查行为模式实现从"由供到证"向"由证到供"转变。With the advent of the era of big data,the detection of duty crime is experiencing an innovation.The big data and the big data technology used in the field of duty crime detection not only confirm the concept that crime detection will be informatized,but also largely promote the transformation of the detection mode of duty crime. The detection mechanism of duty crime will be transformed from a single- dimensional model to a three- dimensional model. In addition,the pattern detection act will be transformed from 'using confession to find physical evidence'to 'using physical evidence to get confession. '
