摘 要:随着海底管线的不断增加,海底管线在油气输送中占有越来越重要的地位。由于海底管道易老化、易腐蚀,从而容易发生泄漏,海底管线泄漏后,对环境、经济等均造成严重影响。为了保证海底管线的安全运输和可持续发展,需要对海底管线进行泄漏监测。该文试制了一套海底管线泄漏监测系统,包括硬件部分和软件部分。硬件部分包括数据采集装置和无线通讯装置,软件部分包括数据处理模块、泄漏监测模块、模式识别模块及定位模块等。根据管线有无流量,采用不同的定位模块,通过实验室验证和现场实验验证,得到泄漏监测系统具有误报警率低,泄漏定位准确等优点,为我国泄漏监测研究提供参考。With the increasing subsea pipelines, subsea pipelines play more and more im- portant role in the transport of oil and gas. Submarine pipelines are easy to aging, corrosive, thus they are prone to leak,which can cause serious impact on the environment, economy etc. In order to ensure safe transport and sustainable development of subsea pipelines, it is neces- sary to detect subsea pipelines. In this paper, a submarine pipeline leak detection system was designed, including hardware and software components. The hardware components include data acquisition devices and wireless communication devices. Software components include da- ta processing module, leak detection module, pattern recognition module and positioning mod- ule. According to presence or absence of flow, different positioning modules were taken. Ver- ified by laboratory and field experiments, leak detection system has a false alarm rate, and ac- curate leak location. A reference for leak detection was provided.
