摘　　要：在现场轧机负荷较低的条件下,依托超快速冷却系统,采用超快冷工艺,运用晶粒细化、位错强化和贝氏体组织强化等手段,得到性能优异的Q550D低碳高强度钢板,金相组织为粒状贝氏体。The mill condition at lower load, ultra fast cooling technology is adopted, high quality low - carbon high - strength steel plate Q550D can be obtained by grain refinement, dislocation strengthening and bainite structure strengthening and so on, whose metallographic structure is granular bainite.
