摘  要:目的探讨我国生物制药产业区域集聚的生产效率,促进我国生物制药产业竞争能力的发展。方法利用区位熵,计算我国省级区域生物制药产业集聚水平;其次,建立道格拉斯生产函数模型分析区域集聚效应与生产规模之间的关系,基于面板数据测算省级区域生物制药产业集聚的边际生产效率。结果目前我国生物制药产业的集聚优势区域主要体现东北部(LQ=2.13),西部地区省份的集聚水平相对较弱,但发展迅速。产业集聚程度的增加能促进省份生物制药生产规模的增加(θ=0.99,P=0.0000)。结论提高我国生物制药产业的区域生产效率和生产规模需要促进产业聚集,降低生产成本,吸引高技术人才,激励技术创新和形成规模经济。Objective Explore the productivity of industrial agglomeration of Chinese biopharmaceutical industry for promoting the industrial development. Methods We used Location Quotient to evaluate the level of regional agglomeration of China's biopharmaceutical industry, and analyzed the relationship between industrial agglomeration and productive scale by using the Cobb-Douglas production function to get marginal productivity based on the panel data. Results At present, the northeastern areas are dominant regions of bio-pharmaceutical industrial agglomeration(LQ=2.13), and the competitiveness abilities of bio-pharmaceutical industry in western provinces are relatively weak, but developed rapidly. Per increased level of industrial agglomeration can promote an increase of production scale of bio-pharmaceutical industry per province.(θ =0.99,P =0.0000). Conclusion Promoting industrial agglomeration, reducing the production cost, cultivating high-tech talents, encouraging technology innovation and forming economies of scale can make a great contribution to raise the production efficiency and competitiveness of bio-pharmaceutical industry in China.
