层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探究层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中的应用价值。方法选择该院2014年1月—2015年1月重症医学科护理人员200例为研究对象,在相关护理工作中实施层级护理管理,对比护理满意度,护士心理变化,护理质量和护理前后护理人员操作水平与对相关疾病了解程度情况。结果和护理前相比,护士在护理满意度,护士心理变化,护理质量和护理人员操作水平与对相关疾病了解程度情况上明显较好,组间数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在ICU病房中,对护士实施层级护理管理模式,可全面提升护理质量和患者对护理质量满意度,同时也能丰富相关人员知识存储量,缓解ICU护士内心压力,值得推广。Objective to explore the level of nursing management mode in the ICU nursing management application value.Methods From January 2014- January 2015 intensive medicine nursing 200 cases as the research object, the level of nursing management in the relevant nursing, nursing satisfaction, nurses psychological change, nursing quality and nursing before and after operation level and the degree of the understanding of related diseases. Results Compared with before treatment, the nurse in nursing satisfaction, nurses psychological change, nursing quality and nursing personnel operating level and understanding of related disease significantly better on data statistical differences between groups, P 0.05. Conclusion In ICU ward, the nurse implement level nursing management mode, can improve nursing quality and patients satisfaction with nursing quality, but also can enrich relevant personnel knowledge storage, alleviate the pressure of the ICU nurses the heart, is worth promoting.
