金刚烷胺单用及与复方丹参或丙炔苯丙胺合用治疗早期帕金森病的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨金刚烷胺单用及与复方丹参或丙炔苯丙胺合用治疗早期帕金森病的临床疗效。方法该研究通过整群收集该院2011年3月—2015年12月期间收治的129例早期帕金森病患者,随机分为3组,每组43例患者。金刚烷胺组只服用金刚烷胺,复方丹参组服用金刚烷胺的同时服用复方丹参,丙炔苯丙胺组服用金刚烷胺的同时服用丙炔苯丙胺,分析3组不同治疗方法治疗早期帕金森病的Webster、和MDRSPD量表评分及治疗效果。结果 3组患者的Webster评分和MDRSPD评分与治疗前相比均有下降,且联合用药的两组下降幅度均大于金刚烷胺组,丙炔苯丙胺组下降幅度最大,与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。金刚烷胺组的总有效率为79.07%,复方丹参组的总有效率为83.72%,丙炔苯丙胺组的总有效率为88.37%,联合用药的两组的总有效率均显著高于金刚烷胺组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早期帕金森患者采用金刚烷胺联合丙炔苯丙胺治疗,治疗效果较好,可以为以后的临床用药提供一定的参考价值。Objective To discuss and research the effect of single amantadine and amantadine combined with compound danshen or selegiline in treatment of early Parkinson＇s disease. Methods 129 cases of patients with early Parkinson＇s disease admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2011 to December 2015 were collected and randomly divided into three groups with 43 cases in each, the amantadine group were treated with single amantadine, the compound danshen group were treated with amantadine combined with compound danshen, the selegiline group were treated with amantadine combined with selegiline, and the Webster and MDRSPD scale scores and treatment effects of the three treatment methods were analyzed. Results The Webster and MDRSPD scores of the three groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the decrease range of the two combined medication groups was bigger than that of the amantadine group, the decrease range of the selegiline group was the biggest, and there were statistical differences compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）, the total effective rate was 79.07% in the amantadine group, 83.72% in the compound danshen group and 88.37% in the selegiline group, the total effective rate of the two combined medication groups was obviously higher than that of the amantadine group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of amantadine combined with selegiline in treatment of early Parkinson＇s disease is good, which can provide a certain reference value to the future clinical medication.
