甲状腺手术中甲状旁腺显露及功能保护的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究甲状腺手术之中甲状旁腺显露及功能保护的具体措施。方法方便择取2013年12月—2015年12月期间于该医院行甲状腺手术的120例患者,使患者的甲状旁腺在术野下完全显露,并对显露的甲状旁腺及相关血供进行保护,分析甲状旁腺的术后功能状态。结果患者甲状旁腺及其血管得到充分显露,未清晰显露的患者仅有8例(6.67%);术后低钙血症和甲旁减的发生率为33%和0.83%。结论甲状旁腺其位置和血供联系密切,术中应仔细解剖并做好原位保护,以免患者在术后出现甲状腺功能异常。Objective To research the specific measures of parathyroid gland exposing and functional protection in thyroid operation. Methods 120 cases of patients receiving the thyroid operation in our hospital from December 2013 to December2015 were selected, the parathyroid glands were totally exposed in the operating field, the exposing parathyroid glands and related blood supply were protected, and the postoperative functional state of the parathyroid gland was analyzed. Results parathyroid glands and their blood vessels were fully exposed, the unclear exposure occurred to 8 cases（6.67%）, the incidence rates of postoperative hypocalcemia and hypoparathyroidism were respectively 33% and 0.83%. Conclusion The position of the parathyroid gland is closely correlated with its blood supply, we should carefully anatomize it and do a good job in the in-situ conservation in operation in case of the occurrence of the thyroid dysfunction in patients after operation.
