肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效。方法整群选取该院住院部2010年8月—2015年6月收治肾肿瘤患者62例随机分组,对照组为开放肾部分切除术,实验组为后腹腔镜肾部分切除术。对比临床疗效差异。结果实验组手术时间(127.1±18.3)min、热缺血时间(19.6±1.3)min、出血量(98.3±12.5)m L、住院时间(7.2±1.0)d,并发症发生率15%(3/31),均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效确切,值得在临床实践中予以推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of heminephrectomy in treatment of kidney neoplasms. Methods 62 cases of patients with kidney neoplasms admitted and treated in the inpatient department of our hospital from August2010 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with open partial nephrectomy,the experimental group were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy, and the difference in the clinical curative effect was compared. Results The operation time, warm ischemia time, blood loss, length of stay and incidence rate of complications were respectively（127.1 ±18.3） min,（19.6 ±1.3） min,（98.3 ±12.5） ml,（7.2 ±1.0） d and 15%（3/31）, which were obviously lower than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in treatment of kidney neoplasms is definite, which is worth promotion in clinical practice.
