系统康复治疗在下肢骨折合并肌腱修复术后的临床应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价系统康复治疗在下肢骨折合并肌腱修复术后的临床应用效果。方法整群选取该院2014年1月—2016年1月收治的65例患者为研究对象,在签署知情同意书下实施系统康复治疗,评价实施前后临床疗效。结果治疗后患肢长度-(1.10±0.20)cm,优于治疗前-(2.25±0.33)cm,其余指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统康复治疗值得推广使用。Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of systematic rehabilitation treatment after the fracture of lower limb and tendon repairing operation. Methods 65 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and were given the systematic rehabilitation treatment with signing the informed consent, and the clinical curative effects before and after treatment were evaluated. Results The affected limb length after treatment is better than that before treatment, [（1.10±0.20） cm vs（2.25±0.33） cm], and the differences in the other indexes had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The systematic rehabilitation treatment is worth promotion and application.
