摘　　要：目的分析贵州省全球基金结核病项目的投入及主要实施结果 ,评价项目对贵州省结核病防控工作的影响。方法通过查询"中国疾控中心结核病管理信息系统"中的患者信息,收集各级各类项目评估报告、总结报告、督导报告、报表等进行综合分析。结果项目实施11年间,共收到拨款4258.76万元,利息收入9.95万元,支出4152.86万元;共收到总价值1433.26万元的设备、耗材和药品。项目推动贵州省提前1年实现现代结核病控制策略全覆盖;项目要求的患者发现、治疗管理、培训、宣传、患者追踪等主要指标均达到或超额完成;初步建立了定点医院、流动人口、TB/HIV双重感染和MDR-TB的防控模式。结论贵州省全球基金结核病项目主要指标如期完成,项目的实施为贵州省积累了宝贵经验,将长期影响今后贵州省结核病防治工作。Objective To analyze the major implementation effect of global fund to fight tuberculosis and evaluate its influence in the tuberculosis prevention in Guizhou province. Methods According the data from ＂management information system for national center for tuberculosis control and prevention, China CDC ＂, the project appraisal report, summary, supervision report and statement was comprehensively analyzed. Results With eleven years, RMB42.5876 billion was totally appropriated of which its interest income was RMB99.5 thousand and its expenditure was RMB 41.5286 billion; the received equipments, consumable items and drugs were worth of RMB 14.3326 billion. The project to fight tuberculosis was promoted one year ahead in Guizhou province. The major indicators like disease discovery, treatment, management, training, publicity and tracking conformed to or exceeded standard; the prevention mode based on fixed-point hospital, floating population, TB/HIV double infection and MDR-TB was initially established. Conclusion The major indicators for global fund to fight tuberculosis in Guizhou province is completed on time. The project provides the valuable experience and produces the longterm effect in the tuberculosis prevention in Guizhou province.
