摘  要:目的探讨品管圈在降低急诊急重症患者转运中潜在护理风险发生的作用。方法通过活动计划拟定、现状调查、目标设定、原因分析、制定对策、组织实施、效果确认、检讨与改进及持续改进措施等程序进行品管活动。比较急诊急重症患者院前、院内转运中潜在护理风险发生率改善前后的情况。结果急诊患者转运中潜在护理风险发生率由改善前的18.55%降至改善后的7.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动,降低了急诊患者转运中潜在护理风险的发生,保证了患者安全,同时增强了圈员们的质量管理意识、团队精神,提高了沟通协调能力和自信心。Objective To investigate the role of quality control circle in critically ill patients in emergency transport to reduce the potential risk of nursing. Methods By activity planning, Investigation, goal setting, cause analysis, develop countermeasures, organization and implementation, the effect is confirmed, review and improvement and continuous improvement of quality control measures program activities. Comparison of acute hospital before emergency critically ill patients, the hospital conditions improve transit potential risk of incidence before and after care. Results Transport of emergency patients at risk of potential treatments to improve the rate of 18.55% down to 7.11% before improved, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion QCC activities undertaken to reduce the transport of emergency patients, the risk of the occurrence of potential care, ensure patient safety, while enhancing their quality management circle members, teamwork, improved communication skills and self-confidence.
