摘  要:目的为分析当前的用血安全现状提供理论依据,进而促使血站在招募献血者工作中的质控水平不断上升。方法收集2014年漯河市无偿献血人员的年献血次数、传染病指标(HBV、HIV、抗-HCV、TP-Ab)的检测情况等资料,并研究各项指标检测出的阳性率与无偿献血人员在献血次数之间存在的关联性系。结果在21 148献血人员中,HBs Ag中,初次献血人员有1.67%,重复献血人员有0.25%;抗-HCV中,初次献血人员有0.34%,重复献血人员有0.03%;抗-HIV中,初次献血人员有0.18%,重复献血人员有0.07%;TP-Ab中,初次献血人员有1.32%,重复献血人员有0.13%(P<0.05);2014年,研究无偿献血者在HBs Ag、抗-HIV、抗-HCV、TP-Ab几项传染病检测指标中的不合格率情况发现,其中,HBs Ag最高,有0.77%;抗-HIV最低,有0.10%。结论研究发现,血站应该将多次自愿参与无偿献血的人员作为无偿献血工作中的核心招募对象,在检测过程中应该尽量采用科学的检测方法,全面提升检出率。Objective In order to analyze analysis the unqualified cause of blood and the current status of blood safety in that improve blood in the recruitment of blood donation work in quality control level to provide scientific basis. Methods A total of 2014 in Luohe city of unpaid blood donation of donation frequency, infectious disease index(HBV, HIV, HCV and TP AB) detection data, and study of the indicators detected the positive rate and non remunerated blood donation in association system exists between the number of blood donors. Results In 21148 blood donors, HBs Ag, first blood donors was1.67%, repeat blood donors with 0.25%; anti HCV, the initial blood donors 0.34%, repeat blood donors with 0.03%; anti-HIV, the initial blood donors by 0.18%, repeat blood donors 0.07%; TP AB, the initial blood donors 1.32%, repeat blood donors 0.13%(P〈 0.05); 2014, study of voluntary blood donors in HBs Ag, anti HIV, anti HCV and TP AB several infectious disease detection indicators unqualified rate found, including HBs Ag, with the highest 0.77%; anti HIV minimum,0.10%. Conclusion The study found that blood should be will repeatedly volunteered to participate in blood donation as an unpaid blood donation work in the core of recruits. In the detection process should as far as possible the use of scientific methods of detection, to enhance the detection rate.
