摘 要:目的对层级护理管理模式在ICU病房患者护理管理中的应用进行探讨。方法从该院ICU病房中选择15名护士,在2013年9月—2014年8月使用传统的护理管理模式对其进行管理,在2014年8月—2015年7月使用层级护理管理模式对其进行管理。在层级护理管理方法下,以不同的级别为对象实行分层级考试制度,在考核结束之后与传统模式下的结果进行对比,对比的内容包括:护理人员的工作质量、心理状况、综合能力、工作满意度。结果在层级护理管理模式下,护理人员的工作质量、心理状况、综合能力、工作满意度均较传统护理管理模式下有所提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU病房中使用层级护理管理模式,能有效提升护理人员的护理质量,和工作的满意度,具有推广应用价值。Objective To explore the application of nursing management mode in nursing management of patients in ICU ward. Methods 15 nurses were selected from the intensive care unit(ICU) of our hospital, in 2013 September 2014 August2010 using the traditional model of nursing management to manage, in 2014 August 2015 July the use level of care management model to carry on the management. In the level of nursing management methods, with different levels of object implementation of hierarchical examination system, after the end of the assessment under the traditional model, and the results were compared and contrast the content includes: the work quality of nursing staff, mental status, comprehensive ability, job satisfaction. Results In the level of nursing management mode, the working quality of nursing staff, mental status, comprehensive ability, job satisfaction were compared with the traditional nursing management mode has improved(P 〈0.05), the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Nursing management mode in the ICU ward, can effectively improve the nursing quality of nursing staff, can enhance nurses' job satisfaction, and has popularization and application value.
