血透室常见护理风险因素分析及风险管理对策

摘　　要：目的了解血透室常见护理过程中的风险因素,针对其给予相应的风险管理对策从而降低护理风险。方法在2014年2月—2016年2月期间,选取该院的血透室作为研究基地,30名护理人员和90例透析患者作为研究对象。护理风险管理未干预前的统计结果作为对照组,护理风险管理干预后的临床统计结果作为观察组。每3个月对护理质量和风险进行评估和分析,分析血透室常见的护理风险因素和如何加强风险管理。结果接受调查的90例血液透析患者中,观察组患者对护理风险管理的满意程度(97.31%)明显高于对照组满意程度(66.52%);加强护理风险管理力度后,观察组透析患者生活质量明显优于对照组透析患者;经过护理风险管理后,观察组护理风险的发生情况与对照组相比得到了明显的改善,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加大护理风险管理力度显著提高了血液透析患者对护理的满意程度,患者的生活质量得到极大的改善,护理风险的发生率明显减少,护理风险管理值得在临床上推广使用。Objective Purpose To understand the risk factors of common nursing in the hemodialysis room, and to provide corresponding risk management measures to reduce the risk of nursing. Methods During the period from February 2014 to February 2016, 30 nursing staff and 90 hemodialysis patients were selected as the research base of the hemodialysis room in our hospital. Wet nursing risk management pre statistical results as control group. After the intervention of nursing risk management in the clinical statistics as a result of the observation group. Evaluation and analysis of nursing quality and risk every 3 months, analysis of common nursing risk factors and how to strengthen risk management. Result Surveyed 90 cases of hemodialysis patients in observed group of patients for nursing risk management satisfaction（97.31%） was significantly higher than that of the control group satisfaction（66.52%）; to strengthen the management of risks in nursing, observation group dialysis patient quality of life was significantly better than the control group of hemodialysis patients; after the nursing risk management in observed group of nursing risk occurred with that of the control group significantly improved, compared, the result is statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Strengthen the nursing risk management efforts to significantly improve the satisfaction degree of nursing in hemodialysis patients and the patient＇s quality of life has been greatly improved,the incidence of nursing risk rate is obviously reduced, the nursing risk management is widely used in clinical.
