摘  要:目的为有效改善临床抗菌药物过量使用、滥用现状,对医院常用抗菌药物进行耐药特性管理。方法选取该院2014年7月—2015年6月期间开具抗菌药物的处方,并从2015年开始进行抗菌药物耐药性管理,观察管理前后临床抗菌药物使用情况以及常用药物耐药性情况。结果管理后常见的头孢菌素、青霉素、碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用情况均有明显减少;管理前鲍氏不动杆菌对常用抗菌药物耐药性在60%以上,管理后耐药率有降低,大肠埃希菌管理前后对亚胺培南、美罗培南均有较高敏感性,管理前对其他药物耐药性在75%左右,管理后耐药性明显降低,铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物耐药性较低,但管理后耐药性有出现降低。结论通过对抗菌药物进行管理,可有效降低药物过量使用以及滥用情况,使细菌耐药性降低,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To provide the basis on the clinical antibiotic therapy and analyze the distribution characteristics of Serratia and drug resistance of commonly used antibacterial agents. Methods 296 strains of Serratia isolated from July 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected to analyze the drug resistance and distribution characteristics. Results In the hospital, Serratia marcescens was most commonly seen of which it accounted for 79.7%; it was commonly appeared in pneumology department and ICU of which it accounted for 38.9% and 32.8%; Serratia had a stronger drug resistance for most of antibacterial agents; the rate of its drug resistance on AMP, CRO, PIP and CFZ reached up to 75% or above; the rate of its drug resistance on SCF and IPM reached up to 13% or below. Conclusion In the most cases, Serratia generally appears in the ICU and pneumology department. It is easy to caue the respiratory tract infection.
