摘 要:本文针对10MN快锻液压机整体机架、活动梁和油缸缸体进行有限元分析。通过Solid Works三维建模,导入Hyper Mesh中进行网格划分,最后ANSYS进行有限元分析。结果表明:整个机架选用材质为ZG25Mn,屈服应力为295MPa,该10MN主机机架的整体等效应力最大值为128MPa。活动横梁材质为ZG25Mn,其最大等效应力为76MPa。主缸缸体材质为25Cr Mo,其最大等效应力为124MPa,结构安全。综上判定结构设计合理。The finite element analysis (FEA) has been conducted to the frame, walking beam and cylinder of 10MN fast forging hydraulic press in the text. The 3D model has been established by solidworks and led into HyperMesh to mesh. Finally, the finite element analysis has been completed. The results show that material of the frame should be ZG25Mn with 295MPa of yield stress and 128 MPa of the max equivalent stress; the material of walking beam should be ZG25Mn with 76MPa of the max equivalent stress while the material of cylinder should be 25CrMo with 124MPa of the max equivalent stress; the structure is safe. Thus it is determined that the structure design is reasonable.
