摘  要:本文介绍了20000k N龙门液压机的液压系统设计。主泵选用一台比例变量泵和一台定量泵,加压时,主缸工作速度通过比例泵流量控制调节;压机活动部分高速下降时,充液阀打开,依靠自吸从充液油箱中补液,从而减少整机功率,提高工作效率。The design of hydraulic system for 20000kN gantry press has been introduced in the text. A proportional variable pump and a quantitative pump have been selected as main pump of the system. The speed of master cylinder has been regulated by proportional variable flow pump when the pressure is loaded. When the moving part of press falls down in high speed, the filling valve is open in order to add oil from liquid filling tank by self-suction. Thus in this way, the installed power of the whole machine has been reduced while the working efficiency has been improved.
