摘  要:采用数值模拟方法对大直径圆筒旋压成形进行分析。建立了D406A钢圆筒三维弹塑性有限元模型,分析了旋轮成形角、进给比和减薄率三个工艺参数对圆筒强力旋压成形壁厚均匀度的影响规律,为进一步研究大直径旋压圆筒变形规律提供一定的理论参考。The numerical simulation method has been adopted to analyze the power spinning process for large diameter cylinder. The three-dimensional elastic-plastic finite element model has been established to D406A steel cylinder. The influence law of wheel angel, feed rate and reduction ratio to the wall thickness uniformity during spinning process has been analyzed. It provides certain theory reference for further research of spinning deformation law for large diameter cylinder.
