摘　　要：介绍了带钢表面质量在线检测系统的工作原理及其多级分类规则，并对检出效果进行了评述。通过对系统参数进行优化以及应用多级分类规则，实现了对热轧镀锌板表面20余种缺陷的检测和判定，从而实现了对热镀锌薄板生产过程中表面质量的实时监控。Working principle and multi-level classification rules of on-line surface quality detection system for steel strip were introduced, and the detection results were reviewed.
