摘　　要：长钢轧钢厂型钢车间冷床区高温区辊道轴承采用润滑脂集中润滑，无法满足设备润滑需要。为此，将润滑脂集中润滑改造为油气润滑，解决了设备润滑不良问题，有效降低了辊道轴承故障，经济效益显著。Centralized lubrication with grease in roller bed bearing in high temperature areas of cold bed region of section steel shop in steel rolling mill of Changgang could not meet the requirements of equipment lubrication. Therefore, centralized grease lubrication was changed to oil gas lubrication, which solved the problem of poor lubrication, effectively reduced the malfunction of roller bed bearing, and brought remarkable economic benefits.
