摘  要:针对沥青热拌和施工过程中的环保问题,以基质沥青为原料,研究分析了中国石化齐鲁分公司研究院自主开发的沥青降粘剂VR-Q1对沥青的降粘效果及对沥青各项性能的影响。试验结果表明,该沥青降粘剂降粘效果好,能够提高沥青高、低温性能。与国内外两种市场性能较好的降粘剂相比较,VR-Q1对沥青高温降粘、低温增粘效果显著,同时表现出优异的高、低温性能。Aiming at environmental problem existing hot mix and construction of asphalt, effect of the viscosity depressant VR- Q1 developed independently by SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company on viscosity reducing and properties of the asphalt was studied and analyzed by adopting base asphalt as crude material. The experiment results showed that viscosity reducing runetion of the VR - Q1 was good ; resistance to high & low temperature performances of the asphalt could be improved. Viscosity reducing under high temperature and viscosity increasing under low temperature of the asphalt modified by VR - Q1 were better than two kinds of viscosity depressant commonly used in domestic and foreign market, which possessed excellent resistance to high & low temperature performances.
