摘　　要：介绍干气密封的几种配置型式及相应适用范围,并针对某丁辛醇装置辛烯醛加氢压缩机机械+浮环组合式密封存在的问题,选用串联式干气密封进行改造。改造后的干气密封运行平稳,经济效益可观。Several configuration types and suitable scale of the dry gas sealing were de- scribed. Aiming at the problem existing in mechanical and floating ring combined type shaft sealing on the compressor for hydrogenation of octenal, tandem dry gas sealing type was used to reform on the compressor. Running of the compressor was stable and economic profit was obvious after adopting the dry gas sealing reform.
