摘 要:剪切角是研究切削变形最重要的参数之一。文章结合剪切角基本模型的分析,通过切削力测量试验和快速落刀试验,在不同切削速度下得到了YT15硬质合金刀具切削硫易切钢和钙硫易切钢的理论剪切角值和实际测量值;根据2种方法所得值的差异,对理论剪切角公式进行系数修正,得到适用于加工此类易切钢的剪切角新公式。The shear angle is considered as one of the most important parameters in the research on cut -ting deformation .Based on the analysis of the basic model of shear angle ,the theoretical shear angles and actual measured values were obtained by YT 15 carbide tools cutting sulfur free cutting steel and calcium sulfur free cutting steel at various cutting speeds on the basis of the cutting force measurement test and the quick-stop cutting device experiment .Based on the difference between the theoretical and measured values ,the theoretical equation of shear angle was corrected in regard to the coefficients , and the new equation was more suitable for processing these materials .
