激光雕花技术在服装产品开发中的应用研究

摘　　要：阐述了激光雕花技术在服装面料再造设计中的工作原理和表现形式,分析了激光雕花技术在服装产品开发中针对不同材质面料再造设计、不同样板形态的图案纹样设计要求以及面料的厚度和激光强度的匹配性等影响因素。通过新婚嫁系列服装产品开发设计的案例,总结出激光雕花技术的流程设计和方法,为激光雕花技术在服装产品开发设计中的应用提供技术保证。The working principle and representation of laser carving technology on garment materials recreation design were explained. Laser carving technology was analyzed in garments development aiming at influence factors such as recreation design of different materials garment, pattern design requirements of different sample form, thickness of garments and compatibility of laser intensity. The process design and method were summarized via development design case of new marriage series clothing product, which provide technical assurance for application of laser carving technology in garments development design.
