摘 要:研究了自制复配代用碱DX在B型活性染料浸染工艺中的应用性能。配制的代用碱DX的组分:氢氧化钾8%、碳酸钾37%、硅酸钠25%、三乙醇胺5%,蒸馏水25%。作为固色碱剂,代用碱DX用量仅为常规工艺中纯碱用量的20%~25%,经其固色后的染色织物色光及色牢度与经纯碱固色的织物的指标相近。Substitutive alkali DX was complex formulated, and its application performances were studied on B series reactive dyes in the process of dip dyeing. The components of the excellent alkali DX were potassium hydroxide 8%, potassium carbonate 37%, sodium silicate 25%, triethanolamine 5%, and distilled water 25%. As alkaline agent of fixation, its amount is 20%~25%of the amount of sodium carbonate in conventional process. Coloring light and fastness of the dyed fabric are similar to those of fabric fixed with sodium carbonate.
