摘　　要：针对某量产乘用车型使用过程中出现的转向卡滞问题,建立仿真模型并进行实际测试分析,主要通过转向系统计算、转向横拉杆受力测试、失效转向器检查、转向器试验等措施,最终明确了转向卡滞产生的具体原因,为问题的解决和质量改进提供了技术基础。The steering stuck of some mass production passenger car was researched by calculation of steering system, testing the force on the, steering tie-rod, checking on the bad steering device and doing experiment on the steering device. Finally the reason of the stuck was found and the improvement methods were proposed.
