摘　　要：通过分析氦检的原理、各种检漏方式的优劣等来说明汽车空调制造商在生产制造过程中为什么选择氦检、如何将氦检运用到生产实际当中,以及详细讲述汽车氦检漏率的计算过程、氦检设备报警点限值的设定和设备的校准管理等。Through analyzing the theory of helium-test, the pros and cons of various kinds of leak detection methods, why automobile air conditioning manufacturers chose helium-test in manufacturing process and how to apply the helium-test in actual production were described. And the leakage rate calculation process, the emergency alarm limit setting for helium leak rate test equipment, equipment calibration manage- ment were illustrated.
