摘　　要：采用34.74 tex麻赛尔、涤纶混纺纱(50∶50)作为毛绒纱,8.30 tex/36 f涤纶DTY作为衬纬纱,16.70 tex/48 f涤纶DTY作为编链纱,在E2291型双针床拉舍尔经编机上开发麻赛尔、涤纶混纺拉舍尔毛毯。介绍原料选择、设备参数、垫纱方式、穿纱方式等编织工艺,以及预定形、剖幅、前处理、染色等染整工艺,并详细阐述后整理工艺及相关参数,对织物的抗菌性进行测试。结果表明,该产品在保持常规拉舍尔毛毯优良特性的基础上,具有良好的抗菌性和吸湿放湿性,为抗菌毛毯的开发提供参考。The paper develops Jutecell and polyester blended raschel blanket on E2291 type double needle bed raschel warp-knitting machine by using 34.74 tex Jutecell and polyester blended yarn（50∶50） as plush yarn, 8.30tex/36 f polyester DTY as weft insertion, 16.70 tex/48 f polyester DTY as chain yarn. It introduces the knitting technology including raw materials preparation, equipment parameters setting, lapping diagram, threading ways, and the dyeing and finishing technology such as pre-setting, slitting, pretreatment and dyeing. In addition, it introduces in detail the post-finishing technology parameters, and the anti-bacterial property of the fabric is tested. The results show that the fabric presents excellent anti-bacterial moisture-absorbing and desorption property in addition to the good properties that the raschel blanket should have, which provides the references for the development of anti-bacterial blanket.
