摘　　要：针对多功能涤氨深色织物在染整加工中存在染色重现性差、色牢度差、拼白沾色等问题,文中提出了多功能涤氨深色织物拼白一浴法新工艺的解决方案,并与传统工艺进行对比。测试并分析了拼白一浴法新工艺染色织物的色牢度以及拼白效果。结果表明,拼白一浴法新工艺简化了传统工艺,实现节能降耗,且染色后织物色牢度以及拼白效果均在4级以上,符合客户要求。Because of bad dyeing reproducibility and color fastness, and staining of whiteness pitching in the dyeing and finishing process of multifunctional polyester and spandex deep color fabric, the solution of whiteness pitching one bath new process for multifunctional polyester and spandex deep color fabric was proposed, and compared with conventional process. The color fastness and whiteness pitching effect of fabric dyed by whiteness pitching one bath new process were tested and analyzed. The results show that whiteness pitching one bath new process simplifies conventional process, and realizes energy-saving and cost-reducing, and color fastness and whiteness pitching effect both reach at level 4 or above, which satisfy the requirements of customers.
