摘 要:由于三羧乙基膦(TCEP)可以破坏羊毛纤维表面的二硫键,从而改善染料对羊毛纤维的吸附及扩散性能,文中采用TCEP对羊毛织物进行预处理,以实现低温染色。通过对染色羊毛织物K/S值、上染率等进行分析,确定了羊毛织物TCEP预处理条件及低温染色工艺条件。测试并比较了低温染色和常规染色羊毛织物的色牢度指标。结果表明,TCEP预处理优化工艺为TCEP用量1.0%,预处理温度80℃,时间30min时,可实现85℃低温染色;TCEP预处理后低温染色可达到常规染色的效果。The disulfide bond on the surface of wool fiber could be broken by TCEP, so adsorption and diffusion property of dyes on wool fiber could be improved. TCEP was used for the pretreatment of wool fabric in order to realize low temperature dyeing. The conditions of pretreatment by TCEP and dyeing at low temperature were confirmed by analyzing K/S value, dyeing rate and so on. Color fastness of wool fabric dyed at low temperature was compared with that by routine dyeing. The results show that the optimal pretreatment process is that the dosage of TCEP is 1.0%, pretreatment temperature is 80 ℃, time is 30 minutes, and it can realize low temperature dyeing at 85 ℃; low temperature dyeing after pretreatment has the same dyeing effects as that of routine dyeing.
